  For customers from other cities of Ukraine, we offer delivery via Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta and other courier services. The cost and delivery time depends on your location and the delivery service you choose.

The cost of delivery is calculated automatically during the checkout process depending on the delivery service you choose and where you live. For your convenience, delivery to Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta branches is often the most cost-effective.

Warranty terms:
✅ The warranty period is determined by the manufacturer and can range from 12 to 120 months depending on the product.
✅ The warranty covers factory defects, malfunctions caused by the manufacturer's fault, and other warranty cases.
✅ Free repair or replacement is carried out at official service centres or through our store.
✅ The warranty does not cover: mechanical damage, malfunctions caused by improper operation, power surges or self-repair.

Return conditions:
✅ The product has not been used and its presentation, packaging, seals and all components have been preserved.
✅ The document confirming the purchase (receipt, invoice, etc.) is saved.
✅ Returns are possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
✅ In the event of a manufacturing defect, a refund or exchange is made in accordance with the warranty.

How to make a return?

3️⃣ Send the goods by the chosen method or hand them over in person at our office/warehouse.
4️⃣ Get a refund after checking the goods (up to 7 working days).
